  • Fast, 1–2 days for most items (some may take 5–7 days)

We are committed to delivering your order as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Our expedited shipping service ensures that from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep, the process is quick and seamless, typically taking just 1–2 days.

However, a small selection of items may be in transit to our UK warehouse. For these products, delivery may take longer — typically 5–7 business days.

When placing your order, you will see a clear estimate of how long the delivery will take based on the product’s stock location.

If your order includes items available for immediate dispatch as well as items with a longer delivery time (5–7 business days), we will ship the available items first, and send the rest separately as soon as they are ready — at no extra cost to you.

As soon as you complete your order, we promptly process and hand it over to our trusted delivery partners — Royal Mail and DPD. This means that if you place your order in the morning on a business day, there is a high likelihood that you will receive it the very next day. In most cases, your order will be with you within two days at the latest.

You will be provided with a tracking number via the email address given at the time of placing your order. This tracking number is sent immediately after your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey to your location.

European Union (EU)

We are pleased to provide seamless delivery across the European Union, shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

  • Netherlands: 2–3 business days for most items (some may take 5–7 days).
  • Germany & Rest of EU: 3–5 business days (some may take 5–8 days).

Hassle-Free EU Delivery Since all EU orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands, you don't have to worry about any cross-border complications. The price you see at checkout is the final price — there are no import duties, VAT charges, or hidden fees to pay when your package arrives.

Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. If a product is currently in transit to our Dutch warehouse or requires import from Ecuador, it may take 5–7 business days.
  • Germany & Other EU Countries: Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. For specific items that are restocking, delivery may take 5–8 business days.

Transparency & Tracking Just like with our UK orders, you will see a clear delivery estimate on the product page and during checkout based on the item’s current stock location.

If your order includes multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship the available items first and send the remainder as soon as they are ready — at no extra cost to you.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We deliver across the US with transparent, reliable service:

  • $20 flat rate on any order (Duties and taxes included)
  • 5–7 business days delivery
  • Tracked shipping via UPS, FedEx or similar couriers
