Shipping to Portugal
Orders for Portugal are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
- Free tracked delivery on every order
- 3–5 business days for most items; selected items may take 5–8 business days
- No customs duties or import charges
- All displayed prices include the applicable VAT
The current delivery estimate is shown on the product page and at checkout before payment. If an order contains items with different dispatch times, we may send them separately at no additional delivery cost.
Shipping to other EU countries
Orders to other European Union countries are also dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Delivery is free and fully tracked, usually taking 3–5 business days. VAT is included and there are no customs duties or import charges.
United Kingdom
Most items arrive within 1–2 business days; selected items may take 5–7 business days. Delivery is free and fully tracked.
United States
Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. Shipping costs USD 20 per order; duties and taxes are included, and delivery is fully tracked.

Returns
See our return and refund policy. Customers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and we also offer a voluntary 30-day return period.
