30-day return policy

Customers in Ireland have a statutory right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. In addition to this legal right, Laipaca offers a voluntary 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

Return conditions

To qualify for our voluntary return policy, the item must be unused, unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected.

How to request a return

Email info@laipaca.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending the parcel.

Return costs

You are normally responsible for return postage when exercising the right of withdrawal or our voluntary return policy. We cover reasonable return costs when an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund the approved amount to the original payment method. For a statutory withdrawal, the refund includes the standard outbound delivery charge, if one was paid. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.

Faulty goods and legal guarantee

Goods sold to consumers in the European Union benefit from the applicable legal guarantee of conformity. Please contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective or not as described.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available in Ireland or under European Union law.
