2. Scope

These terms apply to consumer orders placed through laipaca.com for delivery to Ireland. By placing an order, you confirm that the order information is complete and accurate.

3. Products and contract

Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we accept the order or dispatch the goods. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and refund any payment received.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown for Ireland are in euros and include the applicable VAT. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. No additional customs duties apply to orders dispatched within the European Union.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are displayed on product pages and at checkout. Full details are available in our shipping policy.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. We also offer a voluntary 30-day return period. Conditions and instructions are set out in our refund policy.

7. Faulty goods

Your mandatory rights and the applicable legal guarantee of conformity are not affected by these terms. Contact us if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence or mandatory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This choice does not deprive consumers in Ireland of mandatory protections available under Ireland and European Union law, and does not restrict any right to bring proceedings in a court available under mandatory consumer law.
