Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
By law, customers in the UK and the EU are entitled to a 14-day statutory "cooling-off" period. We want you to be completely happy with your Laipaca purchase, so we go a step further: we offer a 30-day return policy for all our customers.
This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@laipaca.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- Approval Required: Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We cannot process returns that are sent without prior approval and return instructions from us.
- Return Address: Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
