We are committed to delivering your order as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Our expedited shipping service ensures that from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep, the process is quick and seamless, typically taking just 1–2 days.

Most of our products are stocked in the UK, processed immediately, and delivered straight to you within 1–2 days. However, a small selection of items may require prior import from Ecuador or may be in transit to our UK warehouse. For these products, delivery may take longer — typically 5–7 business days, plus 1–2 days for processing.

When placing your order, you will see a clear estimate of how long the delivery will take based on the product’s stock location.

If your order includes items available for immediate dispatch as well as items with a longer delivery time (5–7 business days), we will ship the available items first, and send the rest separately as soon as they are ready — at no extra cost to you.

As soon as you complete your order, we promptly process and hand it over to our trusted delivery partners — DPD, Royal Mail, and Evri. This means that if you place your order in the morning on a business day, there is a high likelihood that you will receive it the very next day. In most cases, your order will be with you within two days at the latest.

You will be provided with a tracking number via the email address given at the time of placing your order. This tracking number is sent immediately after your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey to your location.
